Any content, photography, or videography requested for uses outside of social media marketing (such as print materials, third-party promotions, advertising campaigns, or non-marketing uses) is considered out-of-scope and will be quoted separately at our standard rates.

Copyright & Content Usage

All content created by Adelive Media remains the intellectual property of Adelive Media.

Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the content for their business marketing purposes. This licence allows use across the client’s owned marketing channels but does not transfer copyright ownership.

Content may not be resold, sublicensed, or provided to third parties for commercial use without written permission
